Refund due to visa rejection
This form is for requesting a refund for a trip to/from China in the event your visa application has been rejected.
To get a refund, you need to make a request before your original departure time. We’ll cancel your entire booking and refund your ticket in full provided you meet the requirements. If you do not meet the requirements, we’ll refund you according to the ticket rules. Traveling companions will be refunded based on the same evaluation.
