This form is for requesting a refund for a SAS trip purchased from a travel agent and you do not wish to contact them.*
We'll process your refund according to the ticket rules for your ticket. If your flight was canceled or changed by more than 1 hour, we will refund the original fare as well as taxes and any other extra services.
Please note that we'll handle your refund within 7 days of your request. SAS will not refund any other products or services purchased from the travel agency, such as hotels, rental cars, service fees, etc.
* Not applicable for SAS tickets issued in the US
Once you've submitted your request, we'll cancel your booking and check if you've been affected by a cancellation or change.
We'll start processing your refund and email you a unique encrypted link asking for your bank details to the email address in your booking. The email will be sent from no-reply@sas.se. It's a good idea to check that your email address is correct in your booking under My bookings
Please note that the account should be in the same currency as the payment for your ticket and that banks may charge an additional fee for the transaction.

There are about 60 000 IATA-affiliated travel agencies worldwide that have the right to market and sell SAS tickets. These travel agents set their own prices and have their own terms and conditions for, among other things, the refunds for air tickets and they may charge a fee for the refunds. SAS has no control or transparency in the price conditions of these travel agents or the additional products and services offered by those travel agents. For this reason, we recommend that you first contact your travel agent for a refund for your trip.
